Terms governing access to the InstNews white-label news portal demonstration.

Notice: This page is a demonstration template. Each customer deployment must be reviewed and updated by a qualified legal professional based on the publication’s country, business model, data-processing practices, integrations, and applicable laws.

1. Demonstration Platform Nature

InstNews is a software product demonstration developed by TechDino. All news stories, authors, comments, circulation figures, advertisements, and readership metrics are sample materials created for evaluation. Content displayed on this site must not be republished as real news reporting.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or evaluating the InstNews public site or admin newsroom, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable local regulations.

3. Permitted Evaluation Scope

Prospective customers are granted a non-exclusive license to explore the reader interface and create dummy content in the newsroom dashboard. No ownership rights to the platform code or branding are transferred.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in this environment:

  • Attempting to bypass administrative role checks or super-admin login screens.
  • Uploading executable scripts, malicious code, or files exceeding size limits.
  • Executing denial-of-service tests or vulnerability scans without prior consent.
  • Submitting confidential, proprietary, or personal newsroom details into demo fields.

5. User Submissions & Fictional content

Any content generated in the admin newsroom (articles, categories, media) is saved to the local browser sandbox or temp data. The platform operator is not responsible for monitoring or archiving this content.

6. Advertisement Disclaimer

Advertisement blocks displayed throughout the site are sample placements indicating supported locations. No commercial advertising campaigns are running on this demo.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
