Notice: This page is a demonstration template. Each customer deployment must be reviewed and updated by a qualified legal professional based on the publication’s country, business model, data-processing practices, integrations, and applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

We receive and process limited information submitted voluntarily through our demonstration forms to illustrate platform features:

  • Contact & Enquiry Form Data: Full name, email address, telephone number, organization name, country of operation, target languages, required modules, launch timeline, target editors count, and text message.
  • Newsletter Subscription Data: Email address and consent status.
  • Technical & Analytics Data: IP addresses (anonymized on server), browser user agents, session identifiers, referral sources, content views, shares, saves, and duration of visits.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: Administrative state storage and session authorization tokens.

2. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

  • To demonstrate form-handling, validation, database insertions, and auditing capabilities of the InstNews platform.
  • To contact prospective customers who request product customization, price quotes, or software deployment proposals.
  • To compile anonymous reader engagement statistics (e.g. daily popular articles list).
  • To secure the demo newsroom and API endpoints from spam or unauthorized actions.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Data processing is based on user consent (given explicitly by checking the consent checkbox on forms) and TechDino's legitimate interest in operating a secure product demonstration platform.

4. Data Retention

Product enquiry forms are stored securely in our database for up to 90 days for evaluation follow-ups. Local browser state (such as draft articles and newsroom roles in the admin demo) resides solely on the client machine and can be cleared by purging browser cache.

5. Service Providers

We utilize the following service providers to host and operate the demonstration environment:

  • Hosting Provider: Virtual Private Server running in a secure data center managed via CloudPanel.
  • Email & Newsletters: Integrated with dummy protocols for demo mode; live deployments can be configured to connect directly to standard providers (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES) during customization.
  • Analytics: Collected via an isolated first-party analytics system. No third-party marketing cookies or scripts are included.

6. International Data Transfers

Information submitted in this demo is processed on servers located in Germany/India. For custom deployments, publishers choose their own geographic hosting regions.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical protections, including SSL encryption for all API calls, secure JWT authorization tokens, and server-side rate limits to secure information.

8. Your Rights

You can request to view, correct, or permanently delete your submitted enquiry records at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our privacy coordinator at info@techdino.in.
